December 7, 2008: Police received a complaint relating to The Miners arms in Milton being open until 2am.
December 14, 2008: A call was made to the police at 1.45am as the premises were open and people were still leaving.
July 23, 2009: A complaint was made that the pub was still serving at 2.20am and at 3.47am a stag party was seen to be leaving.
July 24, 2009: Officers attempted to talk to the pub's supervisor, Stephen Haddock, but were unable to contact him.

July 26, 2009: Stephen Haddock told police the CCTV at the venue didn't work and that the till was unable to provide print-outs of sales made.
January 30, 2010: Police visited the site at 1.50am and found the premise operating beyond permitted hours.
February 28, 2010: Stephen Haddock was formally interviewed under caution and he was eventually convicted.
February 26, 2012: Residents made complaints that the venue was operating until 4am.
April 13, 2012: Staffordshire Police told the pub's area manager Terry Pepperell that any reoccurrence would not be tolerated.
July 23, 2012: People were caught smoking and drinking at the site at 1.06am.
August 10, 2012: Complaints were made about excessive noise at the venue at 1.50am.
September 8, 2012: Police attended the venue at 2am after residents complained about loud music.
September 10, 2012: New pub supervisor William Willis was warned about late trading issues at the venue.
October 23, 2012: Loud music was noted at the site at 9.20pm. Police attended at 9.40pm and confirmed the music was 'very loud.'
October 28, 2012: Private hire vehicles were spotted outside the pub at 1.50am where it was discovered customers were still inside drinking and playing music.
December 16, 2012: People were found to be still present and drinking at the venue at 2.30am and the pub supervisor was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
December 18, 2012: William Willis was reported for summons in relation to offences committed on October 28 and December 16. These matters are currently ongoing.
