GHOST hunters will explore a museum and mine next month.

A paranormal investigation will take place at Apedale Heritage Centre, Loomer Road, Chesterton, on September 10, from 9pm to 3am.

Apedale is one of only a few mines open to the public.

It is run solely by volunteers and, by attending this investigation, ghost hunters will be contributing to preserving the attraction.

Spook investigators must be aged 18 or over to attend this event and it is only for the fit and healthy as there will be a lot of walking on the night.

Tickets are £20 per person and limited places are available.
