In the U13 boys event, run over a distance of 3k, Fraser Parsonage clocked 12.49.
A spokesman for Uttoxeter Road Runners said: "Saturday's championship events were, once again, a tribute to the organisers and clubs that endured the harsh wintery conditions and provided full teams.
"It provided what was a spectacular day's racing along with all the modern technology of chip timing for the competitors.
"Early next year, the English National Cross Country Championships return to Staffordshire at Alton Towers, and Uttoxeter Road Runners will look forward to providing full teams to compete in this event all being well."
Uttoxeter Road Runners finished 33rd in the men's team event and 19th in the ladies.
