RADIO 2 and sister station BBC6 are at Latitude, the Suffolk festival of music, comedy, theatre, poetry and literature, for the first time.
As it kicks off tonight, Stuart Maconie is backstage at the Obelisk Arena, where the Pet Shop Boys, Grace Jones and Nick Cave will be performing over the weekend. He'll be talking to Little Boots, Simon Armitage, Edwyn Collins and Grace Maxwell.
Earlier on R2, Bob Harris's guest is Dale Watson, the Austin-based honky-tonk singer and modern musical outlaw who describes his style of country music as "Ameripolitan."
And at the same time on R3 Petroc Trelawney presents an essential guide to this year's Proms, which start tomorrow, in a preview featuring music, news and views.
