“ I booked a taxi as I have been using them for a while; only to have the taxi driver tell me to get out of the car and shut his door because I asked another Lucky Seven driver parked beside him if he was picking me up. It was shocking, rude and unsafe for me. I called the company and I was told someone would ring me back and they were very reluctant to give me the driver's name simply saying he is driver number 13. I still have not heard back from them. I would avoid like the plague! ”
