IT specialist in takeover
WEB services specialist Internet Central expects to double its annual turnover after making a new acquisition.
The Keele-based firm has bought JSR Technology in Northern Ireland for an undisclosed sum.
Bosses say the deal, part of its "aggressive" strategy to boost sales and reach new markets, should deliver a 100 per cent increase in annual turnover in the first year.
JSR, which is based in Belfast and is a market leader in Northern Ireland, specialises in bespoke IT products for businesses including audio-visual and telecommunications packages, as well as CCTV and e-commerce products.
