After a £250,000 refurbishment, we have now opened our doors to bring a quality dining experience you can afford. This is overseen by new owners Nigel Wright and James Hubbard who, between them, have 40 years of pub management and chef expertise
.For our lunch time menu of two meals for £6, diners can choose from the likes of rump steak, gammon steak, plaice and lasagne. If there are three of you, the price is £9
Dine in the evening and a family of four can still dine for less than £20 with a choice of over 50 items, from traditional pub dishes to sizzling fajitas, including hearty pasta dishes, steaks and grills. In fact, we believe you wont find a steak or grill mix anywhere else that offers better value for money
.Our extensive childrens menu starts from £2.45. Virtually all of our meals and accompaniments are home-made, so while the price is low the quality is incredibly high.
Over in the bar area pub-goers can enjoy a wide selection of beers, lagers and spirits, including real ales, in the relaxing ambience of a country pub with a contemporary twist. In keeping with our theme of great value for money, you wont find many bottles on our wine list for over £10.We also have a comfortable, undercover smoking area, complete with patio heaters. Come the summerand patrons will be able to drink and dine on the decked area, and admire our beautiful views of the countryside, as the children have fun in the play area.
