A Steakhouse bar and grill based in the center of Stone.
Dine out in our private restaurant, with separate bar and entertainment areas, a great place to eat fantastic food with a wide range of ales, beers, wines and cocktails.
Other than our rib-eye steak which comes from Ireland all our beef is farmed in Staffordshire and Shropshire and dry aged for 28 days, ensuring excellent tenderness and flavor.
Set in a beautiful 18th century traditional thatched roof building, know as the Crown & Anchor a friendly welcome is always assured. Steaks are a very popular menu choice and can even be cooked by you at the table on our hot stone.
Every Friday & Saturday we have fresh seafood delivered direct from the coast ensuring something different is added to our specials board every weekend.
Roast dinners are served on Sunday between 12 - 6pm and you can currently enjoy a special offer of a free starter or dessert for £10.00 during those times.
We host a range of events from, Christmas Office parties, Christenings, Weddings, and Birthday celebrations. Stone Steakhouse will take care of you and your guests. Top Steakhouse
“We've been to some steakhouse's our time but this place is probably the best in value for money terms, the food and service was great. My wife chose sea bass from the specials board which she said tasted sublime and i got to cook my own steak at the table on a hot rock which was quirky and of course cooked perfectly, anyway we shall be returning. ”

“I tried the Stone Steakhouse a couple of weeks ago now and found the service and surroundings exceptional.... and to top it off The choice of food and quality of meals were outstanding... I shall definitley be returning....”

Steak with a difference
“Crocodile, ostrich, kangaroo??? out of our table of 4 we had 2 types and then mum and dad had plain beef! This is a place that is a favourite of ours now. Try it and you will be hooked, if brave enough you too might be hooked on different meats that are available. Ostrich was really tender and nice, and the Kangaroo was darker than i thought it would be but big bro said it was really nice. With all the trimmings and sides it was a true feast for us all. ”
