£280k facelift 'not enough'
TRADERS say a £280,000 sweetener to revamp a town centre is "too little too late".
Stoke-on-Trent City Council is to spend the cash on upgrading the pavements and street decor in Campbell Place, Stoke.
But shopkeepers say the investment is poor compensation for the authority's planned move to Hanley.
