Five people taken to hospital after M6 junction 14 crash
FIVE people were taken to hospital today following a four vehicle crash on the M6.
Emergency services were were called to the accident near to junction 14 of the southbound carriageway of the motorway at around 11.30am this morning.

A West Midlands Ambulance spokesman said all of those who were hospitalised had been in the same vehicle.
The spokesman said: "The driver, a woman believed to be in her early 20’s, was treated for neck and back injuries.

"The woman was fully immobilised and conveyed to hospital.
“The rear seat passenger, a man in his 30’s was treated for chest injuries. The man was also immobilised and conveyed to hospital for further assessment and treatment.
“The front seat passenger, a woman in her late 20’s, had suffer an injury to her ribs. The woman and two children, both boys who were uninjured, were conveyed to hospital in the same vehicle."
All five were taken to the University Hospital of North Staffordshire.
