Praise for NHS staff

THANK YOU: I recently spent five days on Ward 121 at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire. May I thank Mr Lim and all his staff for their dedication and kindness. I was made to feel at ease and was given top class treatment. I can't praise the staff enough. The ward was spotlessly clean. Staff never stopped working, you could eat off the floor. Food and tea were plentiful and the food was lovely. Joan and the tea ladies did a marvellous job. May I also thank Dr Tattum and his staff at Baddeley Green Surgery for seeing me through the past 12 months.
