Potteries dialect is worth talking about

TALK THE TALK: Potteries dialect and the idea of creating a dictionary? There is already one. It is called Staffordshire Dialect Words, a Historical Survey by D. Wilson, published in 1974 by Moorland Publishing Company. I believe this is still at Hanley Library.

Also, last year a local university student did a survey on local dialect words through The Sentinel and gathered a large collection.

I don't know if this is available.
