Big hearted fundraisers raise thousands for Children In Need (PICS)
Two sparkly Pudsey Bears were created at EnergieFitness, in Burslem, to raise money. The fitness centre asked users to donate cash to make the artwork.
Customers at Barclays Bank were encouraged to throw custard pies at staff.
The bank, in Campbell Road, Stoke, expects to raise more than £2,000.

Students from the City of Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College dressed as schoolchildren and spent a day throwing wet sponges at people to raise money for Children In Need.
Staff and students at Newcastle College dressed up as their favourite Hollywood film stars to raise money.

The optician organised a raffle, a colouring competition and a guess the amount of sweets in a jar game.

All wore navy and gold air hostess costumes, raising £150.
Four security men at Freeport Talke shopping centre supported Children In Need with a busy day of hair removal. Andrew Perry-Smith, Brian Hindley, Darren Herbert and Nevil Thompkinson all had waxing sessions in the centre.
