Classic cars out on show

CAR enthusiasts are being invited to a vintage engines and classic vehicles display at a garden centre this Sunday.

The show will be held from 11am until 4pm on Sunday at Bridgemere Nursery and Garden World, near Nantwich.

Garden centre promotions manager Rosalind Harrington said: "We have been hosting this event at Bridgemere for a number of years now and it is always very popular.

"We have added to the stationary engines display during the past few years by including motorbikes and cars that have become classics.

"There will be a wide range of vehicles to see including quite a few BSA motorbikes as well as classic cars such as Rolls Royces, Bentleys, Jaguars, Triumphs, Fords and MGs. Some of the stationary engines on display date back to 1924."

Members of car clubs from across the UK are supporting the event, with exhibitors expected from around the area.
