“ I would like to let everyone know what a great service G C Cars in Burslem offered us whilst we were having repair work done on the car. I went to take the car in, as I was having problems with the brakes, thinking that they would say come back another day. Jane, got one of the mechanics to look at it straight away, and said because of the nature of the problem they would prioritise the job. I said to jane that I couldn't have the work done today, because I had to get back to Fenton For 3.30pm to pick the children up from school. She then offered to drop us off at the school whilst the work was being done, and took us back to the garage after to pick the car up, as she was concerned about us driving with the brakes with our children in the car. I think that the service i received from G C Cars was above and beyond what I expected, I will be using them again for any more work I have done on my car, and would recommend you do the same. ”

“I would just like to thank Jane at G C Cars, I was having problems with my exhaust, and had been quoted a fortune for a new exhaust from 2 other garages in the area. A friend of mine said to try G C Cars so i nipped in on the way home from work. They were about to close, but said that it was no problem and they would have a look at it for me there and then because they could see that i was worried as I had 2 children in the car. It turned out that the exhaust was just loose and needed welding on. And it ended up costing me next to nothing compared to my 2 previous quotes, who had said that it was a massive job! Ladies, if you want to go to a garage and not get spoken down to - go to Jane at GC Cars she will give you honest up front advice. ”
