“ Great service and advice. I had to bring my scooter in for repair when it developed a sudden fault and thought I would have to wait for several days before it was returned to me - I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the first I was really impressed by the service I received from the staff and was told that as the engineer was in the store he could look at my scooter there and then to see what the problem was. I was even more impressed when the problem was identified and told that it would be easy to fix and would take approximately half hour. I decided to wait and look round the store. I was pleasantly surprised by the products on offer and the advice given by a member of staff (sorry I didn’t get his name) was great. I will certainly return in the future. ”

Our extensively trained and specialist staff are equipped with a wealth of knowledge and are fully CRB checked.
As mobility specialists, we are very proud of our highly skilled stairlift division; our in-house engineers offer servicing and repairs second to none. These stairlifts can be bought as new or reconditioned, and can also be rented.
We also have a Specialist Team who provide a one to one service to clients who require bespoke mobility equipment which requires a high level of technical knowledge and back up.
