The mobile kitchen classroom has been spending four days this week parked at Madeley High, so young people can find out about nutrition and cooking with fresh and healthy ingredients.
The workshops have shown them how to conjure recipes such as kaleidoscope couscous, salade nicoise and kiwi and apple zinger.
Madeley High is one of more than 60 schools nationwide to receive a visit from the mobile kitchen.
Gill Fine, director of dietary health at the Food Standards Agency, said: "It is vital for children to learn about food and nutrition to help them understand the importance of a balanced diet. The cooking bus helps them appreciate the qualities of good food and shows them food can be fun."
