Laraine Jones, headteacher at Thomas Boughey Nursery School, Shelton, said: "The children have a range of learning opportunities and our staff are dedicated and enthusiastic. It is great to be recognised."

Alison Gurney, deputy headteacher at Ash Green Primary School, Trentham, said: "We have strong creative and cross-curricular work at the school and our pupils enjoy coming to school. All the staff work hard."
