We prepare and serve fresh hot and cold food and snacks, delicious cakes and drinks at competitive prices.

Elite Tea Rooms is situated on the lower level of Newcastle Library in room 1. (Access via stairs/lift at rear of library)

Elite Tea Rooms is a training venue offering true life work experience and training within the catering and food retail area for people from the Newcastle area and Newcastle-under-Lyme College

Our staff are working towards, or have achieved, NVQ qualifications in Catering.

Newcastle Library has been our venue for over 10
years and our professional approach has ensured good customer relations.

Our aim is to provide a competitive service offering a selection of dishes using only fresh ingredients, freshly prepared to order.
