Producing energy performance certificates (EPC's) for home owners, landlords, letting agents and estate agents in Staffordshire, Cheshire and surrounding areas. Using mobile equipment and software to produce a completed EPC on the day of the property Inspection.

The EPC provides an energy efficiency rating for the property. The ratings range from A to G, where A is very efficient and G is least efficient. This is similar to the ratings displayed on domestic appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines. The rating is based on factors such as property age, construction, heating, lighting and insulation. The ratings are standardised so that consumers can easily compare the energy efficiency of one home with another. EPC's can only be produced by energy assessors who are qualified and accredited with a government approved scheme. All EPC's must also be covered by the relevant public liability and professional indemnity insurances. We will ensure that all of our EPC's are produced in accordance with current government guidelines.
