Boib Gutteridge! Sold my property

“I've had experience in using a number of Estate Agents over the years where the service as been average at best. However, this was certainly not the case when I used Bob Gutteridge Estate Agents.

The acid test is when there are issues to sort, you need an agent that is proactive and can solve problems.

The service provided was excellent throughout the process, issues involving structural engineer reports and building regulations were dealt with efficiently to ensure that the sale didn't fall down.

Wouldn't hesitate to use them again, I would and have referred business on to them since.
