Gymnast tells pupils of Olympic hopes

NO PAYNE, NO GAIN: Champion gymnast Robert Payne showed off some of the moves he hopes will bring Olympic glory to pupils .

The English Gymnastic Champion 2006, visited Edenhurst School, in Newcastle, as part of a mission for Sports For Schools, which aims to bring 'fun, fitness and inspiration' to pupils across the country.

A school spokesman said: "He watched the children each perform four gymnastic exercises for which they have been sponsored to raise money for the training of British Olympic hopefuls.

"Robert then took part in a question and answer session and performed some of his moves."
