“Couldn't agree more with Dennis Naylor's comments.
Dog owners and walkers are the regular users of the park and only when the sun shines do you see anyone else!”

“Well i must agree with the above comment, but what makes me mad is there is only mention of dog mess but no mention of the bottles a wrappers and fag ends being thrown own by individuals??.Young children are more likley to go picking empty bottles of vodka up than dog mess, real problems need sortin out rather than messing with something that isnt really a big issue.”

“As a responsib;e dog owner i feel victimised by the paranoid beurocrats by banning me and my dog from parks. The realiaty is that this then drives the irresponsible to other places to deposit their loads. Non dog owners have dog owners to thanks for keeping Uttoxeter larger parks open as they are the most frequent users who get the least investment on terms of facilities. For example how many people frequesnt the skate park? I wlak my dog everyday and supect there is a hard core of around 8 people - do the sums 110K for a new monstrosity.. Same as the new childrens area - rarel anyone there! And what do dog owners get? Nowt. In the US there are Dog Only Parks, secure places where owners can socialise their dogs and expercise them - key in the life of a healthy dog. So the question must be asked...which councillor trod in some dog pooh and made it their personal mission to persecute ALL dog owners?”
