“The dark nights are upon us, the cold wet weather is here for the next 5 months at least . But there is a silver lining on every cloud, there is light at the end of the tunnel and at this time of year the light is Lobby!!!! What's better than to come home to a steaming bowl of this Stoke on Trent stew with a few chunks of crusty bread. Not only is it comforting and warming but also very healthy and doesn't cost the earth.

I would love to know how people make there lobby because I have found that everyone makes there's differently.”
