“Just heard that Stoke on Trent City Council is saving the Lord Mayor. What a joke, 130k could pay to keep several youth centres open, impacting on safe activities for young people and reduction in ASB. You have to wonder how the city councillors come to these decision making processes. I really have to question whether they understand what is best for the city and if some of their intelligence levels are sufficient enough to make business like decisions.
