Bus may not stop in town
The bus stops at Wharf Road car park, Biddulph, twice a month.
But Staffordshire County Council is considering discontinuing the service due to lack of use.
Councillor Andrew Hart, Staffordshire Moorlands District Council portfolio holder for regeneration, said: "It may be we and our partners haven't done enough to promote the Jobs Bus, but, whatever the reason, we've reached the point where the county has decided to take the bus elsewhere in the New Year if use doesn't increase."
The bus is staffed by a county council employee who advises job seekers on the training they might need, and a Jobcentre Plus officer who helps clients seek work.
There is a computer from which details of local jobs can be printed, plus information on types of vacancies.
The bus visits Wharf Road car park from 9.30am to 1.30pm on the first and third Friday of the month, and visits Leek's Market Place for the same length of time on the second and fourth Friday.
