Was there any consultation?
WHEN did consultation on the council borrowing £55m take place?
Genr8 consulted on the design of the new civic centre, of which the overall split of comments was 28 per cent positive and 72 per cent negative according to council documents.
There may have been consultation on the Central Business District, which is not an issue as everyone is in favour of new offices in Hanley and Stoke.
But no one can remember any consultation on the new civic centre or moving the administrative centre from Stoke.

“There wasn't any consultation, and there never will be, because Mr. Pervez already knows what the outcome would be. That's why he is rushing to get the construction completed before the next election.”
