WELL DONE: Book sales have raised £450 to help kidney patients.

Britannia's Hartshill and Baddeley Green branches staged book sales to raise funds for the North Staffordshire Kidney Patients Association.

The branches linked up with the group after the sister of a staff member needed a transplant.

Association secretary Yvonne Coxon, said: "It's wonderful they raised so much through the sales.

"As an association we try and provide patients with the things they need after a transplant and we are very grateful to the staff and customers from Britannia."
