BENTILEE: Carl Bage, of Winchester Avenue, Bentilee, has been given a 12-month conditional discharge after admitting theft of goods worth £79.04 from Asda, Tunstall, and resisting a police officer.
Magistrates at North Staffordshire Justice Centre ordered the 37-year-old to pay £79.04 compensation to the store, £50 to the police officer, £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
TALKE: Joshua Barlow, aged 23, of Lynn Avenue, Talke, has pleaded guilty to his second breach of the community requirements of a suspended sentence order imposed in July for assault occasioning actual bodily harm and assault. He was ordered to do 40 hours unpaid work and pay £60 costs by magistrates at North Staffordshire Justice Centre.
BRADELEY: A 29-year-old woman has denied a charge of driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit at Penkhull on January 4.
