WETLEY ROCKS: Matthew Galovics, aged 43, of Consall Lane, Wetley Rocks, has admitted assaulting Paula Thomas on September 1 and criminal damage on November 4. But he denies assaulting the same complainant on November 4 and his trial will be held before North Staffordshire magistrates on March 22.
Galovics was bailed with conditions not to contact Paula Thomas or enter Crony Close, Cheddleton.
NORMACOT: John Gaynor, of Upper Belgrave Road, Normacot, has appeared before North Staffordshire magistrates charged with assaulting Carlie Johnson occasioning her actual bodily harm on January 9.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction and the case will be committed to Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court at a hearing on March 21.

STANFIELDS: Magistrates issued a warrant for Peter Chatterley who failed to turn up at North Staffordshire Justice Centre, Newcastle, yesterday. Chatterley, aged 40, of Cliffe Place, Stanfields, is charged with assaulting Phylis Slack on January 3 and two charges of failing to surrender to custody.
BENTILEE: Stephen Fitzgerald, aged 33, of Aylesbury Road, Bentilee, pleaded guilty to assaulting Amanda Fitzgerald and criminal damage on January 4. He will be sentenced at North Staffordshire Justice Centre, on February 21 after a report is prepared on him by a probation officer.
FENTON: Plans to help shape a town's development will be drawn up by mid-March, say community leaders. LONGTON: David Fowell, aged 48, of Goddard Street, Longton, denied assaulting Apolonia Brasca on January 11. His trial will be held at North Staffordshire Justice Centre, Newcastle, on March 26 and he was granted bail.
SHELTON: Abdul Kadeer, aged 24, of Lomas Street, Shelton, who denies assaulting Shabnam Kadeer on October 7, will have his trial at North Staffordshire Justice Centre, Newcastle, on March 27.
He was granted bail.
