LEE MARTIN: Four articles of March 6, March 8, April 8 and May 10 reported that Mr Lee Martin was 'banned' from entering a public park after selling food 'illegally'. We have been asked to make clear that in fact it had not been established in court that Mr Martin had acted unlawfully and the court did not impose a ban on him entering the park. Mr Martin gave a voluntary undertaking on May 10 following a court appearance that he would not distribute food within the park until May 2013. We apologise for any confusion.
