BLURTON: North Staffordshire magistrates have fined a man after he damaged a window during a row.
Ben Parker, aged 26, threw a pile of three plates which smashed a window at a Stoke-on-Trent City Council property in Allendale Walk, Blurton, on December 17.
Parker, of Finstock Avenue, Blurton, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. He was fined £90 and told to pay £85 costs, a £20 victim surcharge and £150 compensation.
BUCKNALL: Dannie Lea, aged 22, of Werrington Road, Bucknall, who has pleaded guilty to harassment of Rebecca Griffiths, will learn his fate after a report is prepared on him by a probation officer.

BENTILEE: Grant Morse, aged 24, of Ford Hayes Lane, Bentilee, pleaded guilty to assaulting Carly Taylor and criminal damage to a car belonging to Kirsty Wild on December 5.
Morse will be sentenced at North Staffordshire Justice Centre, Newcastle, on January 17. He was granted bail.
STOKE-ON-TRENT: Thirty-year-old Matthew Eardley pleaded guilty to sexual assault of a female over the age of 16 and assaulting a woman at Stoke-on-Trent on December 15.
Eardley, of Harcourt Road, Sheffield, will be sentenced at North Staffordshire Justice Centre, Newcastle, on January 24. He was granted bail.
SMALLTHORNE: John Taylor, aged 36, of Duddell Road, Smallthorne, pleaded guilty to assaulting Charlotte Alcock on December 16. He also admitted two charges of criminal damage on the same date. Taylor will be sentenced at North Staffordshire Justice Centre, Newcastle, on January 17. He was granted bail.
SMALLTHORNE: Benjamin Carr, aged 30, has denied damaging a window on December 18. The defendant, of Coseley Street, Smallthorne, will have his trial at North Staffordshire Justice Centre, Newcastle, on February 27. His bail was extended.
TUNSTALL: Peter Gaunt, aged 43, of Greenbank Road, Tunstall, has denied assaulting his wife, Michelle Gaunt, on December 15.
His trial will be held at North Staffordshire Justice Centre, Newcastle, on March 4.
Gaunt was granted bail.
