BUCKNALL: Two men who admitted drug offences have been fined by North Staffordshire magistrates.

David Sutton, aged 21, of Heath House Lane, Bucknall, pleaded guilty to possession of MDPV at Newcastle on October 19. He was fined £70 with £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Troy Yeoman, aged 20, of Brant Avenue, Newcastle, also admitted possession of MDPV and cannabis on the same date. He was fined £90 with £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

NORTON: A teenage drink driver has been banned from the roads for 20 months.

Aqueeb Rasab, aged 18, of Chillington Way, Norton, pleaded guilty to an offence of driving with excess alcohol.

He gave a reading of 82mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath against a legal limit of 35mg.

He also admitted having no insurance and no driving licence.

North Staffordshire magistrates fined him £220 with £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

SMALLTHORNE: Teenage mother-of-one Rachel Kempson has appeared in court to admit assaulting two women during an incident at a pub in Bucknall on April 15.

The 19-year-old, of Nellan Crescent, Smallthorne, will be sentenced by North Staffordshire magistrates on June 6. She was conditionally bailed.

NEWCASTLE: David Gorman, aged 27, of Hassam Parade, Newcastle, has appeared in court to plead guilty to possessing a small quantity of cannabis at Newcastle on May 1. North Staffordshire magistrates ordered him to pay a £35 fine with £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

STOKE-ON-TRENT: A warrant without bail has been issued at North Staffordshire Magistrates Court for Andrew Davies, aged 47, of Main Street, Clitheroe, who is accused of a number of sexual offences alleged to have been committed in Stoke-on-Trent between 2001 and 2003.

LEEK: A warrant has been issued for Robert Shaw, aged 29, of Portland Street, Leek who faces an allegation of shop theft. Both defendants failed to turn up for their court hearings.
