STONE: Thomas Farr, aged 18, of Eccleshall Road, Stone, has been committed to Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court by North Staffordshire magistrates to appear there on April 12 for a plea hearing.

The defendant is accused of assault, occasioning actual bodily harm on Kevin Bromley at Hanley on November 23 last year and using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent on the same date. He was given conditional bail.
