We must boycott job outsourcers
I URGE everyone interested in keeping jobs in the UK to boycott npower and any other company if they go ahead with plans to move jobs abroad (The Sentinel, February 20). Savings made will not be passed on to its customers, theywill only line the pockets and pension funds of its senior management. Not only that, have you ever struggled to understand the garbled English spoken by the staff manning these overseas call centres?
