FACES AT WINDOW: Craft sessions for children are taking place at museums this week.

Yesterday young visitors at Gladstone Pottery Museum made scary silhouettes in a Faces At The Window workshop.

Another drop-in session takes place at the Longton museum tomorrow, which costs 50p plus admission.

Every day during half-term visitors can paint a piece of Halloween-themed pottery to take home for a small extra charge. There's also a Spooky Skull Hunt to follow around the museum. Those who find the severed skulls win prizes as well as a free gift for taking part. Craft sessions also take place at Etruria Industrial Museum, Ford Green Hall and the Potteries Museum And Art Gallery.

Pictured at one of the sessions is five-year-old Eleanor Buckley.
