Young rescuers deserve reward
IT WAS a really uplifting story about the teenagers who rescued a pensioner in distress from the canal.
These days we are more used to hearing about 'yobs' who are more likely to push people into the canal. It was a sharp contrast to the story about a Staffie being kicked about by its owner.

I certainly think it's right that the teenagers should be recognised for their bravery.
