Woman robbed walking along towpath in Coven
Detectives have issued a description of a suspect they want to speak to after a 17-year-old woman was robbed in South Staffordshire.
The incident happened at around 6.10pm on Friday, May 18, on the towpath of the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal in Coven Heath Wood between the Fox and Anchor pub and the water treatment works in Ball Lane, Coven.

The woman was walking along the towpath when she was grabbed by a man who pushed her to the floor and then stole her black iPhone 4, in a pink case, and cigarettes from her handbag before running off.
The woman, who is from the local area, was left badly shaken but uninjured.

The offender is described as white, aged in his early to mid-20s, slim, about 5ft 6ins tall with short, dark blond hair. He had a narrow face with a thin nose and a pale complexion with dark blond stubble. He was wearing blue denim combat-patterned jeans and a black baggy hooded jacket.
