Woman found dead in Cannock street
A WOMAN's body has been discovered in a Cannock street in the early hours of this morning.
Police were called to Hazelslade at around 4.10am, where they found a body of a woman who is believed to be from the local area.

The road remained cordoned off while an examination of the scene took place, however some of the initial closures have now been lifted.
The death is being treated as unexplained and the woman has not been formally identified.
