Characters from Channel 5's milkshake! are staging a summer show at Alton Towers - and we've got family passes so you can watch it for free!

Show presenters Derek and Amy will be joined by Noddy and Tessie Bear, Fifi and Bumble, Mr Bump and Little Miss Daredevil in a show that will have children enthralled.

The Workout Live show will take place twice a day in the enchanting Cloud Cuckoo Land theatre, which is included in the price of a theme park ticket, while children under four can enter for free.

Featuring recognisable characters from their favourite TV shows, Workout Live will be a fantastic addition to our Cloud Cuckoo Land area and our hotel entertainment. With over 50 rides and attractions, there is something for everyone this summer at the Alton Towers Resort.”

The Sentinel has teamed up with the park to give away two family passes to the theme park to celebrate the show which runs until September 3.
