Wildlife under threat in plan for 500 homes
In the review of broad locations for the Local Development Framework, it is suggested to put up approximately 500 houses from Oakamoor Road to Rakeway Road, which will probably go behind four housing estates, which I do not agree with.
As far as I know, there are no planning gains with this development.
Most of this land is good agricultural land with lots of wildlife and mature trees.
In my opinion, it is a very bad plan.
I am not scare-mongering, but I think the public should know about this.
