A MAN jailed for at least 25 years for the murder of his wife has been charged with selling criminal property on eBay.
The case of Alan Stead was heard by North Staffordshire magistrates yesterday.

NEW CHARGE: Alan Stead.
Stead, aged 42, was jailed earlier this month after being convicted of killing his wife Anita at their home in Slindon Close, Waterhayes. He was brought to justice six years after setting the house on fire.
He did not attend yesterday's hearing, which related to three cases under the Proceeds of Crime act. Stead is accused of selling criminal property – Samsung LCD TVs, Samsung computer hard disk drives and computer monitors – on internet auction site eBay in 2006 and 2007.
The cases will be mentioned before the court again on March 12.
