Your View: 'I didn't realise they did a lot of it by hand...'
Jane Jenks, aged 39, who lives in Tarporley, near Chester, said: "I found the tour quite interesting and enjoyed it very much.
"I've got some Emma Bridgewater products at home so it was nice seeing how they are made."
Tracey Ball, aged 43, from Walsall, said: "This is my first trip here and the first time I have been to a pottery manufacturer.
"I was surprised to see the work that was involved and didn't realise they did a lot of it by hand."
Jane Gallagher, aged 42, also from Walsall, said: "I really had no idea their work was so labour intensive.
"I enjoyed the factory tour a great deal, but the kids have enjoyed decorating their own pieces more."
Karen Limbrick, from Wolverhamp-ton, visited the factory to celebrate her 50th birthday. She said: "The tour was fascinating. I said to one of the women as we were walking round that I had no idea how much they produced."
