Vandal damaged five cars in village
A 22-YEAR-OLD man will be sentenced next month after admitting damaging five cars in a village.
Steven Bayley, of Cheddar Drive, Silverdale, pleaded guilty to the charges when he appeared at North Staffordshire Justice Centre.
The offences all took place in Keele on December 8.
Bayley damaged the back window of a Vauxhall Corsa; the windscreen wipers, mirrors and door handles of a Renault Clio; a rear wiper on a Ford Fiesta; three windows and a rear wiper on a Nissan Micra; and wing mirrors and both front wipers on another Vauxhall Corsa.

Gary Corbett, defending, said compensation claims for the vehicles had not yet been received.
Magistrates adjourned the case until January 15 to allow for the compensation claims to be lodged. Bayley was given unconditional bail.
