VOLUNTEERS are needed to help set up a fund-raising group for the Donna Louise Children's Hospice.

The Trentham Lakes-based charity which helps seriously-ill children wants to set up a group in the Eccleshall area.

Members of the group would be focused on holding fund-raising events in and around their village.

Fund-raiser, Chris Belyavin, from the charity, said: "It can be something very simple, such as a coffee morning or raffle, or maybe a luncheon or race night."

The charity calls its fund-raising groups Friends Groups and other areas which have them include Stafford and Burton.
