PIANIST Martin Helmchen takes centre stage at the Victoria Hall next Friday night when he joins the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra for a performance of Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 24. Part of the Stoke-on-Trent Festival's 40th anniversary celebrations, the concert will also include Mozart's Symphony No. 23 and Dvorak's Symphony No. 8. It starts at 8pm.
