THIS weekend the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, perform at the Victoria Hall under the baton of the world renowned conductor Vassily Petrenko. The orchestra will also be joined by guest soloist Kathy Stott. The concert starts at 8pm and tickets are available from 0844 871 7649.

Tomorrow sees the Bunbury Singers performing at Wesley Place Methodist Church at 7.30pm.

Also tomorrow Leek's Pheonix Singers join forces with the Keele Concert Band for the UK Premiere of Missa Katharina, a mass for choir, soprano soloist, concert band and organ. The concert takes place in the Chapel at Keele University at 7.30pm. For tickets call 01538 385579.
