The Sentinel has been reporting Susan Tetlow's court appearances for years. Here are some of the cases from the past five years:

April 2004: Jailed for 10 days after failing to comply with a community rehabilitation order.

May 2004: She pleaded guilty to being drunk. It was her 13th appearance for similar offences in 2004. She was discharged.

July 6, 2004: She pleaded guilty to three offences of being drunk and disorderly in Burslem, Hanley and Newcastle. She was given an Asbo banning her from drinking in pubs in North Staffordshire and public places. It was the first Asbo given to an alcoholic in the area. This was her 109th conviction in 32 years.

July 8, 2004: She pleaded not guilty to breaking her Asbo on the day it was issued.

July 23, 2004: She lost her appeal against the Asbo.

October 2004: She was accused of breaching the Asbo again.

November 11, 2004: She pleaded guilty to being found drunk in a public place

November 22, 2004: She pleaded guilty to criminal damage

December 1, 2004: She pleaded guilty to being drunk in a public place

December 3, 2004: She admitted breaching her Asbo.

January 2005: She pleaded guilty to offensive conduct and was detained for one day.

May 2005: She was jailed for two months after breaching her Asbo twice in six days.

June 2005: She pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly and assaulting a police officer. She was given a two-month sentence but was released immediately.

December 2005: She pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly after being arrested at McDonald's in Hanley. She was fined £80.

December 2006: She pleaded guilty to using words of behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.

May 2007: She pleaded guilty to two offences of being drunk in Silverdale.

June 11, 2007: She pleaded guilty to being found drunk.

June 20, 2007: She pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly.

November 2007: She was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to the rear seat of a police car.

December 14, 2007: Another Asbo was issued against her.

December 20, 2007: She pleaded guilty to breaching the Asbo and was jailed for 28 days.

January 2008: She admitted breaching the Asbo again.

February 2008: She was detained for one day after admitting breaching the Asbo.

August 4, 2008: She pleaded guilty to breaching her Asbo by being drunk in the street.

August 8, 2008: She pleaded guilty to breaching the Asbo for the third time in 10 days.

August 27, 2008: She pleaded guilty to breaching the Asbo for the fourth time in a month

August 29, 2008: She was jailed for 126 days for four breaches of Asbo.

December 2008: She admitted breaching the Asbo for 13th time. She was given a 72-day prison sentence, which was suspended for two years and she was tagged.

February 2009: She was jailed for 28 days after breaching the Asbo.

March 2000: She pleaded guilty to beaching the Asbo.

July 3, 2009: She again pleaded guilty to breaching the Asbo.

July 14, 2009: Once again she pleaded guilty to breaching the Asbo.
