WON'T GET FOOLED AGAIN: With the general election more than likely to be held on May 6, it is probable that the local elections will follow suit.

Therefore the time has come to look at our local councillors, and decide who is worth saving, and who should be consigned to the retirement home.

There will be 20 standing for re-election, and looking to some who are in office, it is apparent that many should be booted out.

Keep an eye on your post, as all our local councillors will be getting in touch, some for the first time in years asking for your vote, promising much.

Don't be fooled they will soon go back under the nearest stone.

Not for one minute do I class all as bad, we have councillors who do a splendid job. Remember, it is up to you who gets elected, if you don't vote you can't complain later.
