Teenagers weave platter from hedgerow

They wove a rustic platter in Staffordshire Wildlife Trust's latest session to promote traditional country skills at Ladderedge Country Park, Leek, on Saturday.

Organiser Martin Evans said: "It's great that the younger generation is showing such interest in these crafts. "As a reward, they took home something that is useful, free from natural resources and looks good."
